All ADVERTISERS and RENTAL CLIENTS are completely responsible for all communications, business & financial transactions including any claims, complaints issued by the rental client or the property owner/advertiser/agent.
The use of any information found on www.costavacations.com is to be used by you at your own risk. You accept full liability, responsibility and accept that the web site operators of www.costavacations.com can not be held responsible for any information provided on www.costavacations.com that may not be accurate or appear to be misleading. You agree that the advertisements on www.costavacations.com are not created by the site owners. You also agree that the advertisements may not be created by the actual owners of the property and that some advertisers on www.costavacations.com may be acting on behalf of owners and acting as agents.
All ADVERTISERS and RENTAL CLIENTS must be aware that each advertisement / property will have its own cancellation policy. www.costavacations.com advisors all RENTAL CLIENTS obtain a written Refund/Cancellation policy from the advertiser/property owner/agent.
All RENTAL CLIENTS should take up full relevant insurance for added protection regarding any business & financial transactions between the advertiser/property owner/agent and the rental client. Information published in www.costavacations.com which includes all web pages can NOT be confirmed or warranted by any party. Any Confirmation of accurate information published with in www.costavacations.com is the sole responsibility of the advertiser / property owner / agent. PROPERTY OWNERS / ADVERTISERS / AGENTS
All PROPERTY OWNERS / ADVERTISERS / AGENTS agree that on publishing your property/advertisements on www.costavacations.com that we place your advertisement with in the www.costavacations.com design and layout for the agreed period and at that the agreed price.
You also agree that when no written proof of payment is received by www.costavacations.com the pages can be removed with out prior notice.
The operators of www.costavacations.com can not guarantee that all advertisements will be available 24 hours a day for the total advertising period.
If www.costavacations.com is unable to provide a level of service promised for any particular reason, including, however not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, the owners of www.costavacations.com can not be held liable for any costs beyond the amount received by the client for the services which were not provided. By using or continuing use of the services provided by www.costavacations.com you agree to all our terms and conditions in this disclaimer.
The advertiser / property owner / agent agree that only 1 property can be referenced per advertisement. Discounted rates are available for those who wish to advertise multiple properties. All advertising rates must be obtained by email from the operators of www.costavacations.com
Photographs of the property and its surroundings must be provided all advertiser / property owner / agents agree to the this disclaimer that www.costavacations.com nor its operators can be help responsible for the accuracy of such images in relation to the advertisement.
On publishing your page on www.costavacations.com you accept that the operators and owners of www.costavacations.com can not be held responsible for any damages/occurrences or financial losses to the property advertised as a result of advertising on www.costavacations.com you also agree that www.costavacations.com are acting solely as advertising publishers for promoting property on the Internet and that www.costavacations.com are not licensed real estate brokers in any country/location. www.costavacations.com will publish your pages exactly as you request it but in the design of the web site.
You also agree that www.costavacations.com may alter spelling mistakes and adjust your photographs to meet the publishing requirements for the Internet.
www.costavacations.com has a strict policy regarding links to adult theme web sites or web sites that may contain offensive material. www.costavacations.com will not place links to those sites that contain such material.
Membership Cancellation Policy All advertisements on www.costavacations.com are run on an annual basis. www.costavacations.com are unable to offer refunds, this is because of on-going work in the creation of the advertisement and marketing of the web site www.costavacations.com including costs impaired by hosting, web site space and bandwidth allowance.
All advertisers/agents/property owners are responsible for the investigation and compliance to all local/country regulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.
All advertisements/property pages can be inactivated or reactivated instantly if requested in writing by the advertiser. The advertising period will not be stopped, altered or changed this includes the cost of the advertisement; this is due to the fact the advertisement/property details are still stored on the servers of www.costavacations.com and will not be removed until the end of the agreed advertisement period.
Transfer of Advertisement Ownership / Properties Sold
In the event of your property being sold, www.costavacations.com will allow the transfer of the remaining advertising period to a new property advertisement for a one time fee of 25 Euros. Please be aware that new owners of an existing property advertised on www.costavacations.com are encouraged to negotiate with the advertiser in relation to costs and transfer of ownership any outstanding advertising period.
Spamming Policy www.costavacations.com does not participate in or tolerate the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email more commonly known as SPAM. www.costavacations.com reserves the right to cancel any advertiser account that participates in the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email/SPAM and mentions Costa Vacations, www.costavacations.com or any of its associated websites, URLs, or any associated www.costavacations.com email address in any SPAM e-mail message or Usenet posting www.costavacations.com has and is the sole judge in what constitutes as SPAM.
Advertising Account Policies
www.costavacations.com reserves the right to reject or edit any advertisement submitted through www.costavacations.com at our sole discretion. Any material submitted becomes the sole property of www.costavacations.com and its affiliated sites; this includes material edited and posted on www.costavacations.com and may not be copied from the www.costavacations.com without written permission.
