A spacious and well-appointed, 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in a new development ideally situated next to the golf course and within a few minutes walk of Puerto Cabopino with its picturesque marina and beautiful sandy beaches.

Numerous bars and restaurants are close by and the stylish resort of Marbella is within a 10 minute drive.  

ACCOMMODATION:

  • 1 double bedroom with built in wardrobe and French doors to terrace
  • 1 twin bedroom with built in wardrobe
  • 2 bathrooms, both with bath, shower, bidet, wash basin & W.C.
  • Kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle & toaster
  • Lounge / dining room with two sofas, dining table and chairs, TV with video & satellite channels, DVD, CD player / radio and French doors to terrace
  • Terrace with sunloungers, table and chairs. Overlooking the gardens with partial sea views beyond.
  • Bedding, towels and tea towels provided (not beach towels)
  • Air conditioning / heating
  • Hair dryer provided

OUTSIDE:  Communal swimming pool (seasonal) and landscaped gardens. Underground parking.

CHANGEOVER DAY: Usually Saturday, but can be flexible in low season

AIRPORT: Malaga airport is within a 30 minute drive while Gibraltar airport is approximately 1 hour away.

CAR HIRE: Not essential but would be useful for exploring the area.  Buses and taxis close by.

PETS:   Sorry, not allowed

FURTHER DETAILS:

There is a large sandy beach with bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

The apartment is adjacent to Cabopino golf course and is in the heart of ‘Costa del Golf’ with some 30 other superb golf courses.

Tennis, go-karting, water sports and boat trips (including to Morocco and dolphin watching) are all available locally and there are water parks nearby.

The old town of Marbella with its narrow white washed streets, old churches and picturesque squares (in particular, the well known Plaza de Los Naranjos which is surrounded by orange trees) is within a 10 minute drive.

Ronda, Granada and Cordoba are all within easy reach and the many local towns hold regular street markets, fiestas and carnivals throughout the year.

Those wishing to explore inland can enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery and traditional Spanish villages and for the more adventurous, the ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada are only two hours drive away.
