Riviera Del Sol General Information
Riviera Del Sol is a long established residential conurbation situated on the coast between Fuengirola and Marbella and adjacent to the well known Miraflores area. It is located close to beaches and amenities. The apartment is situated along the coast in the Riviera Golf and Sea (Golf Y Mar) complex appx 25-30 mins by car from Malaga Airport heading towards Marbella. Beaches and supermarkets are within a short 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk. The well known MiraFlores Golf Course and club house is within easy walking distance (appx 7-10 mins) Medical centres are also nearby the apartment and operate a 24 hour service including emergency.
The local stretch of coast from La Cala to Las Chapas boasts countless restaurants, bars and beaches. Nearby, Puerto Cabopino, is a small, well known marina with lovely sandy beaches, excellent beach facilities and several popular restaurants and bars. Fuengirola, is a busy and lively Spanish town with major stores and facilities on hand including train station and bus terminus. Many of the winding pedestrianised back streets offer a host of excellent restaurants and bars and there is a large local market at the port. By car, the main towns of Fuengirola and Marbella are about 10 and 15mins away respectively and the fashionable resort of Puerto Banus is around 25 minutes away.
As well as a reasonably reliable bus service from the main road there is a taxi rank within easy reach of the apartment at the bottom of the road at Riviera del Sol, where you’ll find the main supermarket and lively restaurants and bars. For those that choose to hire a car there is ample off street residents parking at the front of the complex and also private parking underneath the block itself. Cars can be hired at the airport but there are also several local car hire centres.
Apartment Information
The apartment is expected to be ready for lettings from February 2004 and enclosed pictures are of the recently completed show flat but you can expect a similar level of quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The apartment is on the ground floor, and is bright and spacious in very good, clean, condition throughout, with air conditioning (heating and cooling). The apartment offers two good sized bedrooms, the master bedroom having its own large en-suite and the second bedroom being adjacent to the family bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes an electric hob & oven, microwave, fridge freezer, ample storage with all crockery and cooking utensils in situ. There is also a washer/dryer, (useful for longer term rentals.) Living/dining area with dining table & 6 chairs, coordinating coffee and side table, wall unit 3 seated sofa (converts into a double bed), two seated sofa, satellite TV. Access to the terrace is from both the lounge and master bedroom and overlooks the pool area and waterfall below. Being south facing one has splendid views out to the Med.
