| Andalucia Beach is one of the most prestigious beach front developments on the coast, located between the 5* Las Dunas and Kempinski Hotels It is a small community of 34 individually owned apartments and not a holiday complex. The building is outstanding architecturally and has been much used as a background for fashion photography.
Many owners live there permanently, but the owners of one of the most luxurious penthouses are prepared to let it to discriminating adults without children who are seeking an elegant apartment with huge terraces planted out with extensive flowers, shrubs and palms; private gardens; swimming pool and direct access to the beach.
The apartment on the second floor (lift access) has magnificent sea views from the terraces towards Gibraltar and the North African coast. It has its own Jacuzzi on the private upper terrace overlooking the sea and there is a Sauna available from October to April.
There are three restaurants within easy walking distance and the shops, restaurants and night life of Estepona (5 kms), Puerto Banus (10 kms), and Marbella (15kms) are within easy reach by car. Malaga Airport is 45 minutes away and duty free shopping is still available in Gibraltar, again 45 minutes away. It is possible to make day trips to Morocco: the Spanish enclave of Cueta is reached by hydrofoil from Algeceiras and Tangier from Tarifa. Ronda and other white Andalucian villages can be reached within a day, as can Seville and Granada.
Andalucia Beach is in the heart of the “Costa del Golf” with over 30 golf courses between Malaga and Gibraltar: there are 10 within 15 minutes of Andalucia Beach.
Although the Apartment has three bedrooms, one is locked for the private use of the owners. Regrettably, because of the extensive unguarded terraces,
the Apartment is not available to children under the age of 13.
