This beautiful south-facing penthouse is right beside the beach, with unobstructed sea views from east to west, set within a mature well maintained complex with landscaped gardens and a delightful beachside swimming pool.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board plus a full compliment of utensils, crockery and glasses.
The luxury Master bedroom with private en-suite bathroom overlooks the sea so you can enjoy that well deserved breakfast in bed! The twin guest room also overlooks the sea and has a separate family shower-room

The apartment is non-smoking and sleeps 4. We will provide an extra bed for a child under 10.
There is parking close by the apartment within the gated complex.
The apartment is located directly on the beach but is within walking distance of Estepona Marina and Estepona Town. The complex is ideally located for all the routes along the coast and inland. Riviera Andaluza is 20 minutes car drive west to Gibraltar and 20 minutes east to the famous Puerto Banus and Marbella. Only a short 8 minute walk from the apartment along the seashore or pathway, is the sleepy marina of Estepona, which comes alive at night and on Sundays, when the local market is held from 10am to 3pm.
Further along the promenade past the fisherman’s workshops, restaurants and bars, you will reach Estepona town, where there are many more local amenities and shops. Estepona old town is wonderful to wander around, enjoy the colourful town beach front or just sit in one of the many beach bars with sangria and watch the world go by!
Estepona old town is wonderful to wander around and on a Thursday morning there is a free walk with a guide speaking English and Spanish.
Further inland are the historic towns of Gaucin and Ronda, then onto the beautiful cities of Seville, Granada and Cordoba. The breathtaking Alhambra Palace at Granada is an absolute must. Staying near the coast are many pretty fishing villages such as Nerja the old town of Marbella and of course Gibraltar.
For the more adventurous, a day trip across the Mediterranean to Morocco by ferry is nearby.
For the family there is a Selwo safari park zoo, an aquarium, water parks and many fishing or dolphin boat trips. The activities are endless, from horse riding in the hills, and some of the most beautiful walking country in Europe to skiing in the Sierra Nevada, a two-hour drive away.
Eating out on the coast is always superb and good value, a wide variety of cuisine, from traditional Spanish Tapas to the multi cultural experience of Chinese, Thai, Italian or Indian. Along with the excellent good value wines, you must try some of the wonderful pastries and cakes, naughty but nice!
Of course for the golfers we have some of the best courses in Europe (we have more than 40) here on the coast - Sotogrande, Valderrama, San Roque, La Quinta and Las Brisas, to name but a few!
