The complex has 2 swimming pools and a toddler pool, poolside bar and restaurant and spacious established gardens. It is just 5 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute stroll to Marbella centre and 5 minutes on the bus to the famous Puerto Banus.
You can book day trips to Gibralta, Granada and Alhambra Palace and many more excursions, all can be picked up just outside the complex.
The luxury 1st floor apartment sleeps 2 people, and is furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard. It has air con, wall mounted flat screen TV with sky channels and DVD and stereo. It has proper divan beds, iron and hairdryer.
The kitchen is new, and very well equipped with fridge, microwave and ceramic hob.
The bathroom is fully tiled, with walk in shower, basin and W.C.
The terrace overlooks one of the swimming pools, the patio doors open onto the terrace which gets the afternoon and evening sun.
There are 2 sunbeds to use at the pool area.
There is a cot available if needed.
Within 5 minute walk of the complex are 3 supermarkets, and numerous shops and restaurants including the 5 star Marbella Club Hotel and the Hotel Guadalpin. There is a bus stop at the complex, giving access to the whole coast.
All linen and towels are provided, and changed weekly.
