El Soto de Marbella is a stunning development, peaceful and tranquil yet only minutes away from the best beaches on the Costa and the metropolitan town of Marbella. El Soto is a conservation area, with unmatched surroundings that have been designated by the UNESCO as a world biosphere reserve. For this reason El Soto has been designed as a spacious development, combining attractive apartments with extensive grounds and landscaped gardens.

The apartment is of an extremely high standard, with two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. It is superbly finished with all the comforts you require to make your holiday as relaxing as it can be.

The comfortable lounge/dining area opens onto the large terrace (fully furnished with comfortable loungers, table and six chairs) where during the daytime you can enjoy stunning views to the mountains and coast, at night time watch the twinkling lights beneath you.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, hob, oven and dishwasher and the utility room houses the washer/drier. The apartment has full hot and cold air conditioning, Sat TV and DVD.

Both bedrooms are twin bedded, one bed room can be configured to make a double bed, both rooms boast large wardrobes and ample drawer space.

The two bathrooms are finished in marble and the main bathroom has a separate shower cubicle. Linen and bath towels are provided, and a welcome pack of food and drink is included in the cost. Cleaning and linen changes can be arranged for the longer stay.

El Soto has its own 9 hole golf course, gym, sauna and tennis courts. All of these facilities are available to those renting apartments, for a small charge.

The beautiful resort of Elviria with it’s golden sandy beaches, bars and restaurants is only 5 minutes away. Marbella town is only 15 minutes away where you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of it’s many shops, boutiques and restaurants or gently stroll the older parts such as the Plaza de Los Naranjos (Orange Square), stopping at bars or cafes to watch the world go by.

Nearby is Puerto Banus, a chic suburb of Marbella. Luxurious yachts fill the marina, while Ferraris and Rolls Royces drive slowly past, definitely the place to eat or have a drink at one of the fabulous outdoor restaurants.

Along the Costa there are numerous pueblo blancos (white villages) to explore, with lots of street markets to go bargain hunting. Day trips to Gibraltar and North Africa can also be arranged.

For those wanting a more active holiday there is a nearby tennis school, go-karting, sailing and of course golf. Within a short drive there are numerous excellent 18 hole golf courses which will test golfers of all standards, the closest being Santa Maria (just 5 minutes away).
