THE APARTMENT has two bedrooms, a spacious and comfortable living/dining room, recently refurbished kitchen, bathroom (with shower and bath). There is one balcony and also a terrace which is located off the lounge and is furnished with a table and four chairs and has views of both the sea and the mountains.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. A cot is available upon request.
The living/dining room has a sofa-bed (double), two armchairs and a large wooden dining table that can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. There is also a television with satellite TV.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, as well as crockery and cooking utensils.
TORRE DEL MAR is located on the eastern side of the Costa del Sol, between Malaga and Nerja, just 30 minutes from Malaga airport. It is a charming town with beautiful tree-lined avenues and gardens and a wonderfully long seafront.
The apartment itself is situated just 50 metres from the sandy beach with shops, supermarkets, coffee shops and a variety of excellent, inexpensive restaurants within walking distance. There are also 2 swimming pools (one full-size, one for children) nearby and several lovely gardens.
Activities for children include mini golf and the hiring of ‘kiddie cars’ and bicycles (single or tandem).
There is a new shopping mall and a water park just outside the town as well as several golf courses. The new Baviera golf course is a short drive away and the Ioreta golf resort has its own fun fair and also tennis courts and a swimming pool which can be used for a nominal fee.
