Lounge/Dining Room
The Large lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished and has 2 large sofas (which convert to 2 double beds), large dining room table to seat 6 people, satellite TV which has BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4, Sky Sports and Euro Sports, DVD player, CD player. There are patio doors which lead from the lounge out onto the covered terrace which has outdoor patio furniture. The terrace faces south east and overlooks the golf course and has partial sea views.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave kettle and toaster. There is also an iron and ironing board.
Main Bedroom
The large main bedroom comprises of a double bed and fitted wardrobes and has an en-suite bathroom.
En-Suite Bathroom
The en-suite bathroom off the main bedroom has a WC, basin and bath with shower over the top.
2nd Bedroom
The 2nd bedroom has two single beds that can either be pushed together or left separate and fitted wardrobes.

Outside Areas
The apartment is situated in pretty gardens and there is a large attractive swimming pool with a small splash pool for children. In addition there are changing facilities, shower and WC. The pool is surrounded by grass and is perfect for sunbathing. A paddle tennis court is also available if you are feeling energetic. The apartment is very secure and with entry-phone and is accessed by security gates, off road parking is available and also underground parking for your convenience with lift.
Area
Riviera del Sol is a very popular area, due to its close proximity to all amenities. Near by there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, bars, medical centres and supermarkets. One supermarket Opencor is open 24 hours 365 days a year. There are also two large shopping centres within driving distance, Miramar in Fuengirola has a cinema which show films in English and La Canada in Marbella which has a bowling alley. To also keep the kids entertained, there is an aqua park, zoo, go karting and aquarium a short drive away.
Beaches
Riviera del Sol does have a beach but the apartment in our opinion is not walking distance (unless you are very fit). We would therefore recommend making the extra effort and going to the beautiful beach of Cabopino (only 5 mins drive away). Here you will find a large stretch of golden sandy beach with shallow water for children, plenty of sun lounges to hire and water activities. There is also an attractive port which has numerous restaurants and bars to sit and enjoy a relaxing meal or sangria.
Distances
We would strongly recommend hiring a car for the duration of your holiday, although the bus service is very good and taxis are fairly inexpensive.
Marbella 15 minutes drive, Puerto Banus 25 minutes, Fuengirola 15 minutes, Mijas Pueblo 20 minutes, Calahonda 5 minutes, La Cala 5 minutes, Malaga Airport 45 minutes. Gibraltar, Granada, Seville, Nerja are also within driving distance.
