Completed in May 2005, our 2 bedroom penthouse apartment has been carefully furnished and equipped to ensure you have all you need for a comfortable holiday. Whether you plan to spend your time sunbathing on the roof terrace or next to one of the pools, with an occasional trip to the fridge for a cold drink, and to cook on the BBQ or in our well-planned kitchen, or to be out and about, and just use the apartment as a base - you will find all you need. Light and airy, with a fabulous sea view, it has marble floors in living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. The air-conditioning/heating will provide a comfortable temperature inside all year round.
The apartment is fully equipped with bed linen, towels, glasses and china for 6 people. In the basement, accessed by stairs or lift, is an allocated car parking space, and a lockable storage room, especially useful if you have brought golf clubs. We have a contract with a local management company who will be happy to help if you have any problems. Please note that this is a 'No Smoking' apartment. Sorry - no pets.
Paraiso Riviera is in Riviera del Sol, between Calahonda and Fuengirola. It is a gated development, with 2 swimming pools, sauna, lawns and tropical gardens. This location is ideal for access to Marbella (10 minutes), Malaga airport (25 minutes via the toll road), the Miraflores golf course (next door), over 20 other local golf courses, and dozens of bars, restaurants and clubs.
The beach at Riviera, about 20 minutes walk, is sandy with some rocky areas - very natural, no rows of sunloungers on this part of the coast. 3 miles further west is Cabopino - sandy beach and pretty marina, also bars and restaurants. For the energetic - the Aztec Club, which offers fitness centre and gym, tennis courts (some floodlit) with optional tuition, and minigolf, is about 15 minutes walk, as are 2 supermarkets - one open 365 days a year, internet cafe and dvd hire shop. Car hire is not essential as taxis are reasonably priced, there is a taxi rank by the supermarket at Riviera.

Bedroom 2 – 2 twin beds, large fitted wardrobe.
Second bathroom with shower, basin, wc.
Kitchen – 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine.
Safe, bedlinen, towels provided.
Outside – terrace with chairs and coffee table, stairs up. Huge roof terrace, dining table and 6 chairs, BBQ, sun loungers, 360degree views to the Sierra de Mijas and the Mediterranean Sea.
In the basement, accessed by lift or stairs - allocated car parking space, and store.
Paraiso has 2 swimming pools, sauna, gardens. In high season the larger pool is attended by a lifeguard.
Access – 25 minutes drive – mostly on toll-road – from Malaga airport – we can arrange car hire or taxi with English-speaking driver.
Things to do - You could spend lazy days on our roof terrace, with an occasional dip in the pool, then watch the sun go down with a glass of Sangria in your hand....Or head off to Marbella for shopping or people-watching....Or stroll to the golf course....Or take the children to visit the Marine World sea life centre at Benalmedena Port, or the Aqua Park at Fuengirola....Or drive to Mijas Pueblo in the hills, an historic 'white village' with many small gift shops, and a craft market on Sunday mornings, see the famous Mijas donkey taxis, visit a tapas bar, take a stroll....Or visit the tax-free town of Gibraltar....Or take the ferry to Morocco....Or go clubbing till dawn....Or visit the Picasso Art Gallery in Malaga….
