The house has a big dinning-room, satelite tv , terrace to organize barbaques and take sunbath, with a unforgettable views over the sea and the town. Full equipped kitchen, fridge/freeze, washing machine, toster…The main bedroom, situated in high floor, with private terrace, has double bed. The others two bedrooms, situated one in the first floor and the other one in ground floor,have twin beds each other…Two bathrooms completely equipped.
A welcome pack with bread, jam, butter, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, water and juice, are included in the price.
And also a bottle of wine to celebrate the arrival.
RentalConditions: - Prices include: water, electricity, and gas.
- One towel set per person (beach towels are not included).
- 30% of the price for booking by Bank Transfer.
- The balance must be paid in advance by bank transfer 3 weeks before of the arrival.
- No Pets allowed.
- Leaving the Apartment before 11:00 noon, entrance after 15:00 PM except previous arrangement
