Villa La Vera is a spacious 4 bedroom villa fully air conditioned (hot & cold) with private heated pool, covered pool bar, BBQ and Sauna. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Torreblanca, Fuengirola. A 15 minute walk down hill will take you to the beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and pharmacy. Fuengirola is a 5 minute taxi drive or a pleasant 20 minute stroll along the continuous promenade. Mijas is 15 mins by car, Marbella is less than 30 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga which is 15 mins by car. Taxis are widely available and come to the villa. Buses and trains are excellent and very cheap.

Activities: golf (40 courses on the Costa del Sol, several very near), tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, wind-surfing, water skiing, boat rides, mountain biking, aqua parks (Torremolinos & Mijas Costa), zoo, amusement park (Tivoli World), cable cars and many more which are too numerous to list!
The holiday towns of the Costas (Malaga, Torremolinos, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena and Fuengirola) are all within easy reach by car. There are miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches along the coast. For cultural visitors, the highlights are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada where there are some of the highest mountains in Europe (including Europe's southernmost skiing resort, Sierra Nevada).
A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. 200GBP deposit is required to cover any breakages/damage, refundable on return of the keys and assuming no breakage/damage or excess electricity usage. 150kw electric allowance is allocated per week and any excess usage is chargeable at 0.18p per unit. All bed linen is provided and changed weekly. Pool towels are provided but please bring your own bath towels. Maid service is not provided, if required this will be chargeable locally.
There is no liability for travel cancellations and delays, theft, personal injury or loss of any kind on the part of the owner of the villa. Guests are strongly advised to take out full travel, accident and medical cover insurance before leaving the UK.
Unless previously arranged, bookings are normally taken Saturday to Saturday with a check-in time at 4.00pm and check-out at 11.00am prompt, although we can be flexible. Mid-week bookings can be considered during low season.
